Asparagus mushroom soup


Since I don't have anything to do today, I'm trying to make an asparagus and mushroom soup to full fill my appetite, it was my first experiment on making this soup and it's turn out very yummy! not bad for beginner ;) here's the recipe :

Prepare :
-Half chicken (but u can add chicken bones to make soup more tasty)
-Asparagus
-Shiitake mushroom (hioko)
-wood ear mushroom (jamur kuping)
-carrot (cut into thin layer)
-white eggs (separated the yellow)
-wheat flour
-black soy sauce
-pepper
-salt
-fish soy sauce

How to make?
1. boil a water (chicken broth)
2. put a chicken inside until it tender, rinse, take out bones and chop chicken meat until small pieces
3. chop and boil asparagus separated about 3-5 minutes,make sure that it's not overcooked!!
3. cut all the mushroom into small pieces and put it all in water
4. put a carrot and asparagus
5. add fish soy sauce,black soy sauce,pepper and salt
6. put wheat flour until thick enough
7. put white eggs (for half chicken, you only need 1 eggs)
