Before I was a Mom
I slept as late as I wanted and never worried about how late I got into bed
Before I was a Mom
I had never been puked on - Pooped on - Spit on - Chewed on, or Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and My thoughts. I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom
I never held down a screaming child so that doctors could do tests...or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.
Before I was a Mom
I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put it down. I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom.
Before I was a Mom
I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body. I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child. I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important.
Before I was a Mom
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known The warmth, The joy, The love, The heartache, The wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom.

I never knew that I could love someone so much.I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much before I was a Mom.

Mom,there's no enough space to write down a beauty of your heart in here yet it also still not enough to express how i feel about you, thank you for all your devotion,love and care. I hope i can be like you one day, a great mom with a great heart! Happy Birthday mom, I love you so much!! love, your beloved daughter.

Bryan was invited by his nephew, Clev's 1st birthday party at his apartment. Bryan's nai-nai (bryan grandma from father side) is the youngest daughter,apparently when nai-nai was born, her sister and brother also have childrens too so nai-nai and her nieces-nephews are about the same age,they got married almost at a same time and have children in about the same age too. So, clev is one of nai-nai nephew grandchildren which also Bryan nephew. Bryan will call clev mommy jie-jie while clev will call bryan Aqiu. hahahahaha..is this too confusing??

But he's totally not in the mood for party today, 15 minutes after we reach there he's start to crying out loud, a hysterical one! and he just won't stop until i decided to bring him home, he's back to normal when he was out from there, and also can smile and laugh at car! *sigh*

I heard from an old people that there's some babies who are so sensitive and since they're still pure sometime they can't see what we can't see especially when we bring baby to a new place, and it's better not take babies outside pass 5 pm during this 7 month of Chinese cause it's a month of hungry ghost festival.

I'm just glad that Bryan is okay! he's not crying or wailing when he was at home, totally fine! I just hope when we're going holiday next month, he will not act like today! *cross finger*

watching Olympic opening ceremony today and it was totally AWESOME! great work and spectacular show! actually bryan and clev was wearing BEIJING 2008 T-shirt today but too bad I didn't have chance to take any picture of them.

At park

I take Bryan to park near our house this afternoon and ride a swing, he really enjoy it so much :)

8 Months

• Still can't crawling yet
• Still can't sit by himself yet, but he can support himself longer now if we put him on sit position.

• Can hold his own bottle
  
• Can go back and side with his baby walker
• Still love put everything in his mouth
• Eat solid 3 times a day
• Drink milk 650-750cc/day
• Take a nap 2-3 times
  
• Sleeping time 7pm-6am
• Last drinking milk around midnight
  
• His weight is 8,6 kg
  
• Additional 2 teeth during last month so he have 4 teeth now (3 below and 1 above)
  
• Back to his normal mood since last week (easily put on sleep, no wailing or crying)

My Dad always visit Bryan for his monthly anniversary, like today...he's been calling me since morning to check if his beloved grandson is awake or not so he can playing with him, and of course Bryan enjoying his time with opa so much, when opa is not carried him, he will cry and raising his hand to opa. Since Bryan is the first grandchildren from my family, he's become center of attention of my dad,mom and brothers, they LOVE Bryan VERY-VERY MUCH!

Bryan start his first solid when he was 5 and half months, he first solid is Gerber cereal with mommy milk, and then follow by pear juice 30cc ;) now at 8 months so far Bryan appetite is doing great, he enjoy most of his food, his favourite fruit is papaya, but he also take puree pumpkin combine with potato and milk, banana with cereal and milk, puree pear, I'm just start to introduce him with avocado. he's begin to eat 3 meals per day but breakfast and evening meal only a fruits or cereal, for lunch I give him puree brown rice mixed with vegetables and 1 meat/fish (salmon).
